LIFEGUARDS WANTED
Lifeguards needed at the outdoor & indoor pools.
Receive a free summer YMCA membership.
Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week, including weekends
Pay Rate: Guards - $12.50/hour at hire ($.50/hour increase per year)
Pool Supervisors - $16.00/hour at hire ($.75/hour increase per year)
Bonus: additional $1/hour upon working 150 or more hours during the summer with successful performance
